www.oversoles.com (hereinafter: "Data Operator") is a company incorporated and operating in Romania, whose main field of activity is the sale of products through the www.oversoles.com website.

Given that the Data Operator is based in Romania, the protection offered in relation to the processing of personal data regulated by this Privacy Policy is guaranteed by the competent national supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) .

- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
