RETURNS POLICY
We only accept returns on Items which we are liable for e.g faulty product/wrong product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you receive a faulty or wrong product, you have to report it to our Customer Service at return@oversoles.com within 48 hours from the receipt of the order. If the report comes after 48 hours it will not be take into account. Make sure to include the order number in the e-mail subject this way we can have a better and smoother process identifying the problem. Detailed photos and proof are also recommended.
Return postage is at buyers own cost, we recommend sending your item using a tracked and insured service to keep up to date with the location of your item.
Refunds will be made only by bank transfer, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.
