RETURNS POLICY


We only accept returns on Items which we are liable for.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Claims related to visible defects (missing items, damaged packaging) are accepted only in writing within 8 business hours from delivery. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 EET.

If no written complaint is submitted within this timeframe, the goods are considered fully accepted.

For hidden defects (issues not visible at delivery), complaints must be submitted within 2 business days from receipt, including clear photos and a written description of the issue.

Please include your order number in the email subject line, it helps us process your request faster and more accurately.

We do not accept returns or claims in the following cases:
•⁠  ⁠products have been used, modified, or resold
•⁠  ⁠the notification deadline was missed
•⁠  ⁠the issue was caused by improper handling, shipping, or storage
•⁠  ⁠no valid proof of purchase and clear evidence are provided

Products sold “as is” or with known defects (in exchange for a lower price or discount) are not eligible for return or warranty under any circumstances.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method so you can monitor your return at all times.
