How do I become a partner?

Signing up is easy! Simply visit our registration page, provide your business details, and follow the verification steps. Once verified, you’ll have full access to our platform's features. In some cases your account will go through a validation process done internally by our Customer Care team. In this case the validation process will take up to 48 hours.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, the minimum quantity that is required in order to complete the purchase is 20 units.

How do I place an order through Oversoles?

To place an order, browse through our product catalog, select the items you need, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and place the order. After you finish the process you will receive via e-mail a proforma invoice that you will have to pay 72 hours. Make sure to include the order number in the reason for the bank transfer. 

  1. Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, our team will review stock availability and verify any additional details. In case of minor discrepancies in stock availability, we will promptly reach out to you to clarify these matters.
  2. Proforma Invoice and Payment: You will receive a detailed proforma invoice to the email address provided. Please review the information and make the payment as per the instructions outlined in the invoice. The order will be processed only upon payment confirmation.
  3. Order Confirmation: Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you an official order confirmation, along with delivery details and any other relevant information.

What are normally the delivery times?
