Recruitment and Onboarding
Joining Oversoles is a structured yet straightforward journey. We believe in finding the right talent and giving them the tools to grow. Our recruitment process ensures a smooth transition into our team, starting with an initial screening and ending with full integration into the company. Here’s what to expect:
