Oversoles operates in the secondary wholesale market for sneakers and streetwear.

We work with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and fashion businesses to help redistribute inventory more efficiently across the market.

In fashion and footwear, demand can shift quickly. Products that are initially expected to perform strongly may later slow down due to changes in consumer demand, seasonality, channel dynamics, pricing pressure, or broader market conditions. As a result, businesses often face overstocks, aged inventory, or stock that is no longer performing at the expected level.

This is where Oversoles creates value.

Through our B2B network, market knowledge, and logistics capabilities, we help move this inventory into the right channels, geographies, and customer bases. Our role is to support healthier inventory rotation, unlock working capital for our partners, and connect buyers with authentic, relevant products at competitive prices.

On the supplier side, we grow revenue, scale B2B partner accounts, and expand allocation budgets with the brands they carry.

Oversoles operates in what is more accurately described as the secondary wholesale market, rather than the primary brand-owned distribution channel.

We are not a brand owner, and we do not manufacture products. Our role is to act as a professional distribution partner that helps reallocate existing inventory within the market in an efficient, transparent, and commercially responsible way.

In practical terms, this means we help businesses manage:

  • revenue growth,
  • B2B acounts growth,
  • overstock inventory,
  • out-of-season stock,
  • excess volumes,
  • and products with slower-than-expected sell-through.

Our journey

From one person to a European B2B partner

Built deliberately, year by year invested into systems and people instead of marketing fluff.

One person, one mission

Oversoles is founded in Romania as the first dedicated B2B player on this niche, with a single operator and a clear thesis: secondary wholesale done with operational discipline.

Out of the bedroom

We move into a larger storeroom to hold inventory properly. First B2B partnerships sign, and word starts spreading across the market.

First warehouse, 500 m²

April 2024. We open the first dedicated Oversoles warehouse at 500 m², with 100+ B2B clients already onboarded.

Systems built to keep up

We invest in the platform, WMS and internal tooling to support the growth. 300+ B2B accounts registered.

bigger warehouse, bigger ecosystem

A new, larger warehouse comes online. Website refresh, Dropshipping by Oversoles launches, and the team grows past 20.
