Pre-order details:

Up-front payment

To confirm your pre-order, an up-front payment is required: Nike 15%, New Balance 20%, ASICS 20%, UGG 40%, Puma 15%, Vans 20%.

Order Cancellation Updates

Cancellations are rare but may occur due to exceeding brand allocations or high demand. We’ll notify you promptly as soon as we receive any updates.

Refund Policy for Cancellations

If your pre-order is fully canceled, the upfront payment will be refunded to you on the same day. Your investment is always secure.

Failed Pickup

If you decline to collect your pre-order, the full upfront payment will be forfeited. You have one week to pick up from our warehouse after delivery.

Pre-Order Confirmation

Your pre-order confirmation will be sent via email as soon as we receive it from the distributor. Stay tuned for updates!
